Sustainability

Less Waste.  More Meaning

Sustainability is not a section. It’s a way of working, feeling, and making.

Quiet responsibility. Built into every choice. At ORNAMORE, sustainability isn’t a slogan — it’s how we think, design, and make.We choose slower methods, better materials, and smaller batches — not for trend, but for lasting wear and quieter impact.

Materials That Last. And Matter.

Every material is selected with care — not only for how it looks, but for how it’s sourced, worn, and lived with.

Recycled Sterling Silver:  Where possible, we use recycled 925 silver to reduce dependency on new mining. It’s strong, elegant, and made to age well

18k Gold Vermeil over Sterling Silver:  For selected pieces, we use thick 18k gold (2.5–3.5 microns) layered over sterling silver — a fine-jewelry feel, crafted to last.

18k Gold-Plated Brass: For other designs, we plate with the same thickness over brass — making refined, everyday pieces more accessible.

Sustainable Freshwater Pearls: Each pearl is cultured, hand-picked, and slightly irregular by nature — one of a kind, like its wearer.

S925 Silver Posts on All Earrings: All our earrings use sterling silver posts for comfort, especially for sensitive skin.

We Don’t Flash Plate. We Finish With Purpose.

Every gold-plated piece is coated with real 18k gold — never flash-plated.
The thickness we apply is rare in fashion jewelry, but we do it for a reason: longer wear, slower fading, and real value over time.

Packaging That Doesn’t Shout — or Waste

We believe even small details make a difference. That’s why our packaging is simple, thoughtful, and reusable:

Recyclable gift boxes with minimal plastic

Organic cotton pouches for everyday use

Canvas bags designed for more than one life

Small Batches. Long Views.

We don’t mass-produce. Every collection is made in limited runs, with close attention from design to delivery.
We partner with suppliers who share our values — transparency, fair labor, and respect for both makers and materials.

Sustainability Isn’t Perfect. But It’s Ongoing.

We don’t claim to be flawless — but we do commit to better.
With every launch, every choice, and every piece, we ask:
Can this last longer? Can it feel better? Can we do it more responsibly?

That’s the kind of progress we believe in — slow, steady, and real.
